The meta header had Good Karma Cafe as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by vegetarian, vegetarianism, and puff pastry which isn't as urgent as Good Karma Cafe. The other words vegholiday.tripod.com used was meatloaf. salad is included but will not be viewed by search parsers.
