Thursday, February 6, 2014. My Selection is the Priory Chapel at Saint Louis Abbey in Creve Coeur, Missouri in 1955 by Gyo Obata. I think this particular building emphasizes rhythm and texture. The curves of the façade that extend into the interior and the lack of ornament create a nice even rhythm and smooth optical texture.
