I was so inspired from my 5k yesterday I recruited Tuesday and we met the RunHers group out at Hefner for a special event called Martha Stewart Moves, it was to celebrate her new show on the Hallmark Channel and everyone in the group got a free running shirt, apron and wooden spoon just for coming! 0160; We had an easy 2 mile run, photo opp and then went to Panera for breakfast.
