Monday, June 10, 2013. What has happened since we last posted. My name is Stuart Flaum. I am credited with organizing the Disabilities Leadership Council. Over the past couple of years I have not contributed to the blog. However, I have made a difference as to how families across New York State and the country plan for succesful family outcomes.
