Conway Family Farm Goats Milk Cheddar. Nestled on Livingston Mountain in Southwest Washington, a herd of dairy goats are gently tended to produce high quality goats milk and goats milk dairy products. Twenty five Nubian does are milked twice daily for their sweet and low fat milk, some of which produces tasty goats milk cheese. Shaun and Lorrie Conway lovingly tend the herd, do the hand milking, and produce and age wheels of cheese in their on-site cheese room and hand-constructed cave.

Dry-farmed and barrel-aged, this Grenache was meticulously hand-harvested at night, and hand-sorted before pressing. Dark and rich in appearance, but soft in style, it displays traditional notes of ripe cherry, strawberry, plum, and baking spices. The tannins on the finish are a sweet and lingering promise that this wine will age gracefully. 2014 Deep Sea Zinfandel, Arroyo Grande Valley.
