Of the ScoutReach Program is to reach out to at risk youth by providing opportunities in Scouting. We do so through the execution of high quality programs based on the Scout Oath and Law. We strive to instill in all youth the ability to make ethical decisions throughout their lifetime. In the coming year, we will support over 15,000 youth members in this Mission.
