Her memoir in progress, GIRL GONE GLOBAL, details her search for love and a spiritual home as an expat in three continents and a traveler to over thirty countries. She has lived in India, France, Japan, Switzerland and of course, New York. The how-to compliment to her book is GIRLS GONE GLOBAL, a forum to connect solo women travelers. Alyssa has a Masters in Education from LIU, Brooklyn and is currently completing her MFA in Creative Non-Fiction at Sarah Lawrence College.
