They also said " Please sign my guestbook and let me know what you think." The meta header had internal medicine as the first optimized keyword. This keyword is followed by pediatrics, medical web site, and doctor which isn't as urgent as internal medicine. The other words alannalee.tripod.com used was resident. physician is included but will not be viewed by search parsers.
